“A Little Slice of Heaven”

Review posted on www.boracaylive.com

CLOSER TO NATURE AND THE LOCALS
Easily accessible, Tambisaan Beach has a docking area for visitors coming to Boracay Island from Caticlan. And though it is not as expansive as White Beach, a lot of vacationers stay at Tambisaan because of its peaceful and serene atmosphere. It is ideal for those wishing to explore a deeper side of Boracay -- the marine life, the surroundings and the people.
Not just one more strip of sand on the island, Tambisaan Beach is one of the best places to truly commune with nature at its most basic, without the constant noise and crowds of other beaches. It also allows visitors a chance to be more at home with the people living there.

EASY ACCESS BY LAND OR SEA
Travelers from Caticlan may choose to take the ferry going directly to the Tambisaan seaport, situated in the middle of Manoc-Manoc and Bantud districts. If coming from D Mall, Boracay’s main commercial area, travelers may flag a tricycle, the local motorized rickshaw, for a 10-minute ride to Tambisaan. Guests can easily find the cozy local village, which is just next to the beach itself.
Along with the “paraw”, or local sailboats permeating the coast, the flora and geography surrounding the beach provide a different kind of appeal. With a backdrop of fluffy white clouds and clear blue sky, the scene is simply picturesque. The waters are undoubtedly an attraction on its own. Walking on the shore and seeing the bluish-green waters lapping your feet can make you want to dive right in. And when you do, you will get to see a multitude or marine life and brilliantly colored corals.

A LITTLE SLICE OF HEAVEN
Another aspect that makes Tambisaan Beach so beautiful is the geography. It’s as if Mother Nature intentionally formed and merged the verdant foliage and wooded slopes with the crystalline water and powdery white sand of the beach to create this little slice of heaven. Even just standing on the beach, visitors will be able to see Crocodile Island in the distance.
The peaceful ambiance of the beach has encouraged the construction of a few hotels near Tambisaan Beach. Although they are not as many as in other beaches, there is enough to offer guests everything they will need -- from rooms to food, refreshment and gear for diving.

“Pristine Waters”

Review posted on www.boracayinsider.com

The pristine waters of the beach are without question the biggest attraction here. Like the other beaches on the island, the waters here are clean and clear, which make it very enticing for swimming and snorkeling. You can also stroll along the beach and feel the sand, which can be very relaxing. You will also enjoy a good view of Boracays hills and trees.
Visiting the beach, you will also enjoy the lovely blue sky. The sky and clouds, together with the soft sand, combine for a very attractive scenery.

Great Place for Windsurfers

Review posted on splocs.com

Tambisaan Beach is a great place for advanced and expert riders. The wind blows side-on-shore port tack. A constant wind, which averages 15-25 knots, sometimes reaches 30-35 knots (about 10 times per season). Blows constant the whole day. It has wind from mid November until the beginning of April. But the best time to go for wind is between December and February when the wind is at its best.
